                          The Government Secondary School Namshu was Established in 1953 and it is managed by the Department of Education Government of Arunachal Pradesh. It is located in Thembang Block of West Kameng District of Arunachal Pradesh. The School consist of Grades from Class 1 to Class 10. English is the medium of instructions in this school. The School is approachable by all; weather road. In this school academic session starts in April. The school has Government building. The School has 10 classrooms for instructional purposes and 3 other rooms for other activities. All classrooms are in good condition. It also have 5 rooms for office purposes. The school also has separate rooms for headmaster and staff room. There are 3 bathrooms for boys and girls respectively and 1 bathroom for faculty. The school have proper Electric, Water connection. It also have RO purifier and water chiller for students and staffs as Safe drinking water facilities. The school has 10 computers for teaching and learning purposes. The school has a library and has 500 books in its library. The school provides mid-day meal. The school also have hostel facilities for both girls and boys with capacities up to 250 students respectively.
